Overview: This charming single-family home offers a comfortable retreat in it’s quaint neighborhood. Your rental includes exclusive access to the whole home, featuring three bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry area, dining space, a kitchen, and a cozy living room. The third bedroom is located upstairs with a bonus space to spread out or for the kids to play. Recently updated, the home boasts modern touches, new furnishings, and a fresh exterior.
Capacity: The home comfortably accommodates 8 adults. It includes three bedrooms all with queen beds. There is also a queen size floor mattress to utilize during your stay.
Accessibility: This home is easily accessible with just 5 short steps leading to the front door. Inside, everything is located on one level, with the exception of the third bedroom upstairs and the laundry area in the basement.
Parking: There is a driveway that can fit three cars easily. There is also street parking available on the east side of the road. However, it is a busy road so it is suggested to utilize parking on the driveway during your stay. Just note, the driveway does have a bit of a slant so it may be difficult to navigate during the winter when there is potential for snow and ice.
Pets: This is a pet-free property. A $150 fee will be charged for violations of the pet policy.
Trash: Trash bins are conveniently located at the back of the property. Guests are free to dispose of trash during their stay.
Heating/Cooling: The home is equipped with central heating and cooling, and guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat for their comfort.
Smoking/Illegal Activity: Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities and Airbnb. Smoking is allowed outdoors only; indoor smoking will result in a $350 fee. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Building Structure: Built in 1949, the home has good bones and a strong foundation. The home was updated in 2024 with updates to interior and exterior paint, new furnishings, and modern updates throughout.
Bugs and Nuances: While we maintain cleanliness and regular pest control, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, fruit flies, or earwigs may occur. The neighborhood setting can bring some noise from nearby homes, pets, emergency vehicles, and planes.
